Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

I go to the post office once weekly on Wednesdays. If you’ve ordered a ready made item your package will go out within one week of purchasing. (For example, you’ve ordered an item on a Friday, and my post office day is Wednesday of the following week, your package will go out on the Wednesday)

If this is a rush order, please select the express shipping option when making your purchase and I will have it out the following business day (Mon-Fri) using express shipping with Canada Post.

As per Canada Posts website; shipping times for regular parcels are as follows:

Within Victoria:
2 business days
Within BC: 3 business days
The rest of Canada: 4 business days
Within the US: 4-6 business days

These are all estimated times from Canada Post and I cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival. From experience, remote communities and addresses far, far way from my home address have taken over 2 weeks to arrive in some cases. Once the package is out of my hands it’s up to the mail provider to deliver it in a timely manner. I am just a sensitive crafty human so please don’t yell at me if you think your package is late, thank you in advance!

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! Select the local pick up option when checking out. You will be directed to contact me to arrange a time for pick-up. This is available for people in and around Victoria, BC.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time I do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the US. If there is something you really want and you live abroad, please contact me and perhaps we can arrange something!

What is your return policy? 

The nature of my products is that each item is unique, one of a kind, and labour intensive to produce. If you just don’t like the item or it doesn’t fit, unfortunately I do not offer refunds for this. I do my best to give you all measurement details before you purchase so please read those before buying! If ever you have any questions before a purchase, I am always happy to answer them for you. If there is a design flaw that I may have missed during quality checking and it hinders your use of the product I am happy to offer for you to return the item and receive a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Is there tracking?

Yes! Any purchase that is sent in a box (clothes, accessories, etc) will get a tracking number. For purchases like cards or bookmarks that go out in an envelope you’ll need to request tracking at the time of purchase. Tracking numbers are emailed to you after I’ve sent out your package.
